About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and resilient caseworker who wants to make a tangible difference in the lives of women and children. CRIBS International works with homeless and precariously housed women who are pregnant, providing safe accommodation and support from late pregnancy through to when their baby is 12 months old. Alongside housing, CRIBS provides essential supplies, breastfeeding support, and access to healthcare, education, and employment pathways. At full capacity, we support up to 17 refugee families across six flats. We also run a Free Shop and Community Space, offering practical support and a welcoming place for connection. This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility. You will act as the first point of contact for families, managing the day-to-day flow of support, maintaining regular contact, identifying needs, and ensuring appropriate follow-up. You will be responsible for triaging all requests, deciding what to handle directly and what to refer up. You will manage routine and ongoing casework independently, while referring more complex or high-risk issues—particularly those relating to mental health, safeguarding, or legal matters—to the In-Country Director (Senior Case Manager). The role also includes a significant administrative component, including maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting requirements.
Why Join CRIBS?

● Work as part of a small, committed team, with both support, autonomy and responsibility
